Alex founded Pinnacle in 1999 with a vision of building a telecoms company who cared about their customers. He still takes an active role in the business today, seeking out new customers to partner with and ensuring Pinnacle remains true to its core values.

COO

Katy has worked at Pinnacle for over 10 years and manages our Senior Leadership Team. Her logic and attention to detail ensure we work to maximum efficiency to deliver exceptional customer service.

Technical Manager

Fountain of knowledge for all things technical, Steve has worked at Pinnacle for over 10 years managing our Helpdesk Team and Consultants. His experience and expertise ensure our customer’s technical queries are resolved calmly and efficiently.

Giulia ensures we deliver top notch customer service across the business. She makes sure our teams’ training and personal development goals are achieved and is always on hand to assist the team to get the job done, and get it done well.

Our people lie at the heart of Pinnacle. Ellie does her upmost to ensure our team are happy, healthy and have everything they need to flourish. She also looks after our offices so everyone has a safe and comfortable environment to work in.
